Log into your Eva account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our concierge team will contact you to arrange a convenient home collection, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping point using our prepaid label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
